Lead Product Manager - Gaming Firm (8-12 yrs)

Lead Product Manager for one of the Fastest Growing Gaming Organizations

- Responsible for the full product/game lifecycle, from writing specifications, working across multi-disciplinary teams : UX, Art, and Engineering to launch core features within our existing and new games.

- Exhibit sound product judgment, ability to formulate product strategy and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving our business goals.

- Expected to provide valuable input into business cases based on in-depth data analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts key product metrics

- Drives formulation of overall research strategy and ensures product decisions are based on data.

- Assesses current and future business trends, as well as corporate direction, to drive product strategy, features and decisions.

- Gathers requirements directly from end-users through research, visits, usability or other community events.

- Builds relationships and earns respect across multiple product groups and cross-functional organizations. Serves as an effective mentor to new PMs in the organization. Has open, succinct, and clear communication style.

- Effectively communicates in large or small group settings, and to skip-level management. Recognizes when negotiation is needed, and gets support if necessary.

- Good experience in Product Management in Consumer, Web or Game development is preferred but not required :

- Ability to create Wire-frames, Product Specifications and White Papers

- Strong Project Management skills & ability to present work to executive staff

- Exceptional Data Analysis skills

- Strong passion for games and creating fun, compelling and addictive user experiences

- Previous start-up, social networking and/or consulting experience is a strong plus
