Lead - Product Management - Social Sector (6-12 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced growth strategist to lead the marketing and growth team. The Lead-Product Management will be responsible for spearheading an ambitious new targeted growth strategy for the organization that will exponentially increase our visibility and grow our Social

Investor base. This role is a cross functional role and will involve working with teams across functions including technology, product, marketing, finance and content teams.

Roles & Responsibilities : 

For this position, we are looking at an individual who has expertise in growth strategy and digital marketing-

- Building marketing strategies to acquire new users to the platform in a scalable and cost effective way

- Create strategies for retaining users on the platform and oversee the communication through the app and platform

- Build strategic partnerships with brands where there is an alignment of values and target audience, run co-branded campaigns with them

- Experimentation across various channels for user acquisition as well as retention

- Oversee a team of young content writers, communication professionals, engagement managers and ensure they are motivated

- Work with the product and technology team to analyse data with regard to user behaviour

- Driving traffic to the website, landing pages, social media and apps

- Prioritising growth channels

- Optimising channels in order to always improve the performance of the business

- Referral marketing and enabling virality

For an individual to excel in this, he/she will need to have the following:

- A minimum of 6 years of managing branding and communications

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in handling content for social media, digital marketing

- Must love to communicate across mediums and channels

- Ability to drive both online and offline marketing initiatives

- Be data-driven and a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics.

- Being social and understanding users- behavior and a focus on user experience Willingness to learn

- Ability to analyse data and draw inferences from them

- Prior experience in product management is a must; he/she should have an experience around participating in the growth function within the organization
