My client is one of the fastest growing company in the health & fitness space.

Description:

Your key responsibilities would include the following:

- Developing product vision and strategy by working backwards from customer needs and defining / driving overall product strategies and roadmaps

- Defining use cases, analyze potential customer and financial implications, and ultimately choose the most promising path for the strategy

- Driving prioritization across multiple development teams and communication with internal stakeholders including user testing with customers, go to market strategy with Product Marketing and the adoption plan with Sales

- Planning the scheduled version releases (weekly/monthly/quarterly), as well as the product road map for the next 6 to 24 months

- Understanding the user needs deeply, be obsessed with usage metrics and build customer empathy through online channels, one-on-one interviews, and shadowing exercises to observe, listen, and learn how people use and experience the platform

- Designing user-centric experiences throughout their engagement journey

Profile:

- A degree in Computer Science, design or other related fields, along with an MBA preferred

- 10+ years of technology product leadership experience; preferably from the health, wellness, and well being industry

- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and product teams to deliver products/services.

- You will be expected to have strong opinions about design and user experience, as well as the analytic background necessary to track adoption and performance of your program.

- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross functional teams and third parties
