Hiring for the Lead Product - SME role into the banking domain for Mumbai Location.
Job Description -
- Derive consumer insights from the data gathered from analytics & statistical modeling
- Extremely analytical and data-driven; ability to derive actionable conclusions from large data sets
- Drive effective ways of lead tracking, customer journey improvement, and instant decisions
- Work with technology team for finalization of platforms and implementation
- Work with risk teams to make different products for different customer segments and to constantly take action basis close monitoring of the portfolio.
- Responsible for all Sales & Distribution lead initiatives including market sizing, new channel creation, increasing penetration in existing channels. The product ideation role is with the Product Head and execution/ sourcing is done by the National Sales Managers of the business.
- Build new partnerships/distribution points within approved segments to expand the target markets
- Managing Sales Performance & Productivity: Through the Creation and execution of variable compensation plans, sales productivity tracking, and training & recognition programs.
- To manage, motivate and guide the team with business directional and cultural clarity
