Lead - Product Engineering Solution - IT Product Development (18-25 yrs)
Experience : 18 to 25 Years
Job Location : Bangalore
Education : BE/ME/MCA + MBA/PHD
Role & Responsibility :
- Bachelor's Degree or above (Engineering discipline preferred) / MBA would be a plus-
- 18 - 22 years of overall experience in product development/engineering,
Solution's, Architecture & Design-
- Has been in client consulting and consultative selling roles for technology services or product organisations
- Adept at developing market facing solutions and propositions which can lead to growth motions of business
- Had built and led large solutions and engineering teams with world class talent. And actively coaching them
- Strong knowledge of modern engineering and technologies including - cloud native, devops, APIs, Data, Agile ways of working
- Has structured business/industry problems to conceive proposition and solutions for clients in various industries-
- Knowledge of one or more verticals - Telco,Media, CPG, Retail, Hi-Tech & Financial will be a plus
