Lead - Product Design/UI/UX - HealthTech

Role Summary :

The right person for this role should have a track record of delivering exceptional designs at individual capacity, understanding user objectives, needs and preferences, and translating these insights into intuitive, compelling, easy and effective experiences for all digital mediums like Web, WAP & APP for Android and IOS. The User Experience Designer will focus on user experience for Metropolis digital products (web/app) and will be responsible for the product across the platform.

This role will be distinguished by your ability to deliver out of the box designs and solving customer/ business problems. The incumbent will also be responsible for planning, delivering, coordinating with other key teams like Product Managers, Data Analytics, Technology, Operations etc.

What the role entails - Key accountabilities/ responsibilities :

- Collaborate with a cross functional team of designers, marketers, and engineers on the digital experience for customers, doctors, and partners.

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, interviews, usability testing to make informed recommendations for experiences.

- Design simple flows and elegant experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes.

- Shape our design system and create a cohesive brand presence across all our products and platforms.

- Explore ways to make our ecosystem approachable, intuitive, and engaging.

- Learn and contribute through regular meetings and critiques.

What we are looking for in you :

- Well versed with current and upcoming design and technology trends

- User Experience methodologies and knowledge of design software for both Mobile and Web.

- Comprehensive understanding of how to apply modern design principles in practice, in the context of a hyper-growth environment

- User Experience Design, Wireframing, Visual Design, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, UI/UX Design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma Understand digital marketing platforms and form factors and have worked with performance teams

- Excellent communicator of design work and your rationale behind proposals.

- Excellent self-starter who can deeply collaborate with the Product team
