Lead - Procurement - Personal Care/Beauty/Fashion/FMCG

Our client is a leading D2C Personal care brand in the industry

- Minimum 7-8 years' experience in Packaging SCM & Inventory Planning

- Must have managed end to end procurement (RM/PM) + should have knowledge in PET Bottles/ Mono cartons etc.

- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.

- Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients

- Strong business acumen with understanding of best in class operations, financials and reporting to drive highest level of customer service and lowest landed cost

- Proven cross-functional leadership and experience across end-to-end Supply Chain including Operations, 3PLs, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Procurement and Lean/6 Sigma

- Track record of how to build strategy and execute through negotiation objectives in total delivered costs, working capital management, customer service, quality, regulatory and safety compliance

- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in "reading" the market
