Lead - Procurement Center Of Expertise - FMCG/FMCD

Primary purpose of this role is to lead the Procurement Center of Expertise focused on 

1. Operations Excellence - Developing and Deploying best in class efficiency enabling programs for Operations, including Automation, implementation and technology support for Digital programs & systems for APAC Procurement, 

2. Procurement Analytics, Performance Measurement, Value tracking and Benchmarking 

3. Building Procurement Mastery & capability framework and lead implementation of trainings programs in collaboration with APAC University, 

4. Drive upstream material & product Innovation projects, 

5. Lead Supplier Relationship Management / Supplier Partnership initiatives, 

6. Lead Supplier continuous improvement program 

7. Support Compliance & Controls Activities and supply risk management 

8. Lead Market Intelligence program and reporting 

9. Procurement Communications and enabling organisation's Procurement Transformation journey.
