Lead - Procurement - Asset Management Function - Agro Tech Firm (10-15 yrs)
Core Responsibilities:
- SPOC between SCM & cross functions to centrally lead the Asset management function by providing direction to the team.
- Be an SME for Machine lifecycle management to reinforce highest standards in the operations and processes. Should have in-depth understanding of Machine planning and dependent processes.
- Direct teams to develop and continuously evolve Machine visibility with KPI ownership of Machine Up-time, Maintenance cost, Spare management, and Incident management.
- Enable team to carry out RCA to ensure constant improvement of Asset management process and metrics.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Procurement, WH / Logistics setup, Asset Management and OEM SCM preferably in Automobile, Machinery or Fleet management/ leasing business.
- SME with proven abilities in managing the Asset management operations to achieve the desired Business objectives.
- Ability to understand businesses and markets and passion to ensure serviceability
- Excellent communication skills, Ability to do multitask and deal with cross functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor Mechanical degree (Post Graduation is good to have).
- Passion to explore and contribute in a start-up environment.
