Lead Pricing & Contracts Analyst

Client : Manufacturing MNC in B2B space

Education/Experience/Skills requirements.

- MBA(Finance) or CA /CWA or equivalent professional qualification.

- Good academic background and communication skills.

- Post qualification experience of 4-6 years comprising of Pricing & Contracts responsibilities similar to the ones enumerated below.

- Industry experience - Manufacturing in B2B space is a must.

- SAP experience.

- Analytical, Data Management Skills, Initiative, Self-driven, Eye for detail, Project Management, etc.

Key Responsibilities :

1. To work closely with Sales Leaders to develop-

- Pricing Strategies.

- And wider commercial offer strategies

2. Deploy Commercial and pricing knowledge from the industry standpoint

3. Use informed conclusions from financial and competitive analysis for the determination of strategies and pricing proposals

4. Responsible for mapping pricing trends and compliance requirements across the geography and considering the impact on pricing and commercial agreements with the customers

5. To ensure the customer contracts include key commercial terms to protect the Co.'s risk and margin from the contract in conjunction with the legal team.

6. To include ensuring that customer pricing and customer bids are compliant with regulatory clauses

7. Develop AOP and financial forecast pricing for accounts

8. Responsible for generating analysis as vital inputs for commercial/customer strategies & contracts

9. Coordinate strategic commercial projects. Support commercial team develop execution plans for strategic projects and facilitate regular reviews.

10. Coordinate regional sustainability projections.
