Lead - Presales & Solution Design - F&A Domain - BPO

Candidate Expectations :

A BPO Solutioning leader, exclusively from F&A domain expertise. Should have hands on expertise in all the 3 towers of PTP, OTC, RTR, FP&A, Instrumental in winning large deals and New Logos for the organization, Should possess excellent client interfacing and presentation skills, Strong in Solutioning and carving effective solutions in complex environment. 

- Can look for Delivery leaders but having dedicated presales and Solutioning experience for at least 8+ Years and preferably from TIER 1 or TIER 2 third party BPO giants candidate should be willing to travel and open to be Deputed at Mumbai location for initial 1 year of joining and than move back to ANY location as per business needs. Permanent job location can be Chennai, B'lore, Mumbai, Pune,. Kolkata, Delhi, Hyderabad, etc.

Job role :

This is an individual contributor role - responsible for leading overall Presales and Solution Design for F&A processes. Reviews client critical deliverables and manages the overall workload.

- Familiar with F&A concepts, practices, and procedures - relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

- Supporting the sales team by preparing compelling responses to client's RFPs clearly articulating engagement objectives and business benefits by the proposed solution. Effective stakeholder management should be able to liaise with transition, delivery, transformation, tools teams to build compelling responses.

- Should have a clear vision, a strategic leader and excellent communication skill

- Accounting qualification will be of great advantage.
