Position : Presales Lead/Manager Budget : 20-24 LPA (including 10% variable) Joining time : Immediate to 15 days Job description : - Experienced(with 8-12 years) presales lead/manager worked in application managed services solution in a functional role - Ability to understand customer application portfolio spread across towers (ERP, non ERP, Digital) and analyze the support requirement - L2/L3, Enhancement, Administration etc. - As-IS work volume analysis from ticket dump, customer interaction, job ex meeting and ability to identify the hot spot for optimization through automation in each tower - Through understanding of transition approach, methodology, transition sizing, Agile way of working in Devops mode - Excellent communication skills for customer presentation, orals and customer meetings - Ability to write proposal, work on ppt and presentation skills
