- Proactively build relationships with existing clients - nurture and grow them to improve share of wallet and retention
- Be a strategic partner to clients and being abreast of their key focus areas and challenges
- Be the main point of contact for any support clients
- Stay up to date on new products and services and socialize them with the client base
- Be an effective bridge between delivery and client teams to ensure smooth delivery of services, solutioning of new ones and overall satisfaction
- Define and execute the approach and plan on potential risks, changes and future opportunities in client accounts
- Lead client site teams in terms of mentorship, project oversight, support, client interaction and effective Bridge with Project Managers
Key skills:
- At least 6 years in the Analytics space in client facing roles - either delivery, sales or account management
- Proven experience in handling clients in a global environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships across levels in an org
- Preferred experience in BFSI domain
- Aptitude in problem solving and negotiation abilities
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work in an unsupervised and unstructured space
