Experience : 8 years+ in Bank/ NBFC
Education: Postgraduate degree in Statistics/ Economics/ Engineering or MBA from Tier I institution

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who seek a challenging career in analytics. The individual should be outcome-oriented with an excellent foundation in business analytics in BFSI. The right candidate should have the ability to understand the dynamics of business, develop data-driven solutions to address business problems and independently manage end-to-end project communication with business partners.
Brief of the position :
What the role entails :
- Establish the advantage of using data science in various facets of SME lending, including (but not restricted to)
- Portfolio performance review and scorecard optimization
- Institutionalize a program method for running and evaluating campaigns
- Develop sciences around propensity-risk based selection & pricing
- Actively interface with technology to implement and improve business solutions
Domain knowledge :
- 8+ years of experience in Analytics
- At least five years of project experience related to any of the below
- Marketing analytics and/or campaign management experience in Bank/ large NBFC
- Risk analytics experience across multiple banking products
- Knowledge of SME business would be a big plus
- Strengths and Soft skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication/ presentation skills
- Experience of managing direct reports/ project delivery/ creating sales pitches /presenting to prospective clients
- Managing cross-functional stakeholders at senior levels
Technical skills :
Tools :
- High proficiency in SAS, proficient in Python/R
- Familiarity with at least one BI tool (like SAS VA, Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of no SQL DB and query language will be a big plus
