Lead - Policy Manager - Personal Loans - NBFC (8-12 yrs)
Our client is leading NBFC providing education loans to Indian Students. They are at growth phase and hiring for Lead- Policy Manager- Personal Loan
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for formulating Policy and for Credit and Portfolio Risk
- Policy Training to the team
- Validating documents that require approval from Policy team.
- Close collaboration with business/credit/collection teams to roll out corrective actions in line of regulators mandates.
- This role will provide enriched learning in managing risk and has the potential to enable accelerated career growth for the candidate.
Essential Qualification and Skills:
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience in risk management
- Strong experience in developing policy and risk framework with NBFC or Financial Services company
- Experience in underwriting of Personal loan/LAP is desirable.
