Job Description - Conceptualise, lead and execute all initiatives for the Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management and Analytics portfolios. Take complete ownership and align the function with the organization's growth plans

Our client is a well-reputed brand in the insurance space, expanding into a new portfolio with this venture. This opportunity gives the candidate a chance to lead the Performance and Rewards space in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while still under the guidance of an established Group.

Description

Reporting to the Head HR, your responsibilities will include:

- Conceptualising and designing the compensation strategy for the employees

- Leading compensation benchmarking surveys

- Managing HR guidelines and company level policies by actively engaging with all stakeholders

- Conceptualising and implementing Performance Management policies, procedures and systems

- Making and presenting timely reports to guide the future course and evaluate the initiatives rolled out

Profile

As the successful applicant, you are an MBA from a top-tier business school having an overall experience of 6-9 years. You have hands-on exposure in handling end to end aspects of the C&B function from conceptualization to execution. You have hands-on experience in PMS, having handles at least 2-3 cycles in the past. You are a dynamic professional having excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are looking to take up the next challenging role in your career with a growing organization. You are strong with numbers and can use HR Analytics to your advantage.
