Reliance Retail (RRL) Marketplace

- The Marketplace business is an internet-commerce based platform where sellers across various domains can list their products, pricing and positioning, while receiving support from the marketplace owners in terms of warehouse and logistics, paying a service fee to the marketplace platform in exchange for the listing and e-commerce services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Performance Marketing Manager is a data centric, analytical & tech savvy individual who will be responsible to drive performance marketing channels including PPC/biddable campaigns & affiliate marketing for JioMart marketplace. The candidate will leverage consumer insights and market understanding to plan, implement and optimise marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition.

He/she should have a proven track record of achieving results through digital paid media by means of actionable plans and innovative marketing programs.

The candidate will own the long-term strategy, planned campaigns as well as day to day activities related to performance marketing and will play a key role in customer acquisition and achieving topline goal.

He/she should have a deep understanding of digital marketing analytics and experience in performance marketing platforms like Google ads, GA, FB ads and other relevant performance platforms and develop robust plans based on rigorous data-driven customer insights.

This is an early-stage opportunity with JioMart with a chance to work directly with the key stakeholders and shape the journey of JioMart in India. We are looking for an individual who can thrive in ambiguity, is innovative and creative to deliver the best in class on site experience for our customers.

Own performance marketing strategy and goals across paid social, search, display and other biddable/PPC platforms and direct acquisition channels

Build long term strategy and execute, analyse, and optimise campaigns to ensure business goals are achieved.

Identify insights, competition & emerging trends and translate them into opportunities for optimization.

Seek out new digital platforms/ growth opportunities to achieve max ROI.

Ensure tracking, measuring, analysing, optimising and reporting of all campaigns and

Work with key internal and external stakeholders to design and execute successful campaigns

Manage a team of performance marketers

Desired Candidate Profile:

Post Graduate/Graduate from a premium management school.

Min 7 years of experience in performance marketing, including SEM/PPC campaigns, affiliate marketing and driving traffic through alternate sources in e-marketplace.

Proven analytical and quantitative skills with an ability to convert the data into actionables

Deep understanding and experience in using FB ads, Google ads, GA tools and using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

Ability to do deep data analysis and present actionable insights in easy consumable manner to stakeholders

Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills in English.

Strong bias for action with high attention to detail.

Experience with using Excel to maintain and analyse data on a regular basis

Experience working with cross functional teams to drive specific objectives

Being able to manage multiple projects and co-ordinate with internal teams with a strong focus on delivering results.
