We are looking for a rockstar in Performance marketing who can originate, develop, implement, track, measure and optimize our digital paid marketing campaigns. We are looking for a creative growth hacker who has an iterative mindset and is entrepreneurial.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's target consumer and become his/her advocate across company initiatives
- Design, build and maintain our presence across all digital channels
- Work with agencies and lead campaign development- Having deep knowledge in running a 360-campaign, from brief creation to communication development, tactical execution and analysis.
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Build robust top of the funnel and manage rest of the funnel
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date. Have a pulse on trending topics as well which will be shared with content team
- Collaborate with internal and external teams including content, product and ops and marketing and design agencies to craft campaigns and decide on KPIs on campaigns
Experience you MUST have:
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Hands-on experience in PPC on google and FB ecosystems
- Hands-on experience in PPC on google and FB ecosystems
- Should have experience with reporting tools in order to track every dollar on marketing spend with ROI
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, and other ecosystems with respect to content creation
- Experience with tools that help to identify keywords and create campaigns
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Heap, amplitude etc)
- A/B testing and multivariate experiments
- Comfortable with no-code website builders like Wix and Webflow
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns, FB campaigns
- Experience across the content and digital space in brand positioning/marketing team
