Our client is a reputed domestic bank based in Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end to end PMS process across levels for the bank.
- Design and implement workshops, campaigns and programs for effective communication internally from performance appraisal stand point.
- To build/ evolve the existing performance management structure based on the system implemented in the organisation.
- To run the PMS process seamlessly from technology stand point.
Prefer Candidate:
- Should have experience of 8-15 years.
- With new age thinking who has expertise in the PMS function.
- Talent can currently be in the specialist PMS role or part of either C&B/ Talent Management/OD team.
