People Competency & Leadership Development Lead
Job Responsibilities :
- Work with senior HR leadership and Business leaders to develop and implement an organisation-wide Talent Management Strategy
- Interpret the strategic workforce plan and create a strong Build Plan looking at short, medium, and longer-term business needs - identifying key Capabilities for future and having robust market development plan aligned to the same
- Drive leadership development and individual development planning interventions teams across
- Formulate succession planning and competency mapping strategies in line with the organisation strategy and implement with the help of business partnering and L&D teams
- Ensure that organization-wide talent management and Performance Management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness
The Ideal Candidate :
- MBA in HR(Mandatory) from a Tier 1 or 2 institute is preferred
- Candidates from Consulting organisations or MNCs will be preferred
- 10-17 years of experience post MBA, specializing in Talent Management, Learning & Development , or Organisation Design CoE required
- Should have previous experience of implementing and progressively scaling talent solutions in their professional career
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an empathetic approach to building relationships at all levels of the organisation based on trust and transparency
- Prior experience in succession planning, competency mapping, and performance management is a must
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- High project management skills, with an ability to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network
