Lead - Payroll - Manufacturing Firm

Our client is a large Indian MNC. They are looking for an "Payroll Lead" for their organization to join them as soon as possible. The position is based in Mumbai.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Accurate and timely Payroll processing for 10000 onroll and offroll employees

- Staying up to date with labor laws and tax regulations and ensuring compliance

- Maintaining confidential employee data, including payroll records, tax information, and other relevant details.

- Ensure process and data integrity & confidentiality

- Assist in HR Automation projects

- Manage Vendors, Training team members

- Reporting to senior management

To qualify for these positions you should:

- Have a PG in HR

- Have around 11+ years of experience in Payroll Management

- Have experience in Payroll Process and Vendor Management

- Excellent knowledge of Labor & compliance laws & Taxation rules

- Have experience in Data Management, Compliance, Reporting

- Have an in-depth understanding of new age HR and can engage seniors

- Have good English Skills

- Be from Mumbai or ready to relocate
