Lead - Payments - Media App (4-30 yrs)
- Own the payments funnel and key metrics to drive payments success rate
- Build user journeys to make it seamless for consumers to discover value proposition, checkout page, offers, etc
- Identify right payment gateways to drive payment success as well as be aware of industry trends to onboard new payment methods
- Define & execute strategy to enable recurring payments with high success rate
- Work & build relationships with the issuers, payment gateways & other partners in the payment ecosystem
- Constantly monitor metrics and drive constant changes to improve success rates for existing payment methods
- Develop a promotion strategy that allows us to increase conversion by presenting the right offer to the right consumer at the right time
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years of experience managing payments (either in a consumer tech company or at payment gateways) and overall 4+ years of product management experience
- Analytical and data driven, knowledge of SQL is highly preferred
- Background in computer science preferred, MBA nice to have
- Strong people/ Stakeholder management. This role requires deep linkages throughout the organization including product, engineering and partnerships
- Exceptional problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions
- Nice to have: passion for music
