About the Role :
We are looking for analytics and data science professional with experience in customer and marketing domain.
You will be part of Central Analytics Unit within Aditya Birla Capital Digital. Data & Analytics capabilities would be foundation to build ABC One omnichannel platform. Our primary objective is leverage power of customer data to create -
- Synergies across LOBs and robust data platform
- Monetize using superior understanding across customer life stages
- Building new avenues of acquisition & cross sell
Responsibilities will include :
- Set vision and create an executable roadmap with defined milestone and deliverables for the Payments Analytics. Effectively communicate to the executive management and influence decision making process.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for payment analytics, including success rate, conversion, NPS, and cost optimization, to monitor the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and finance, to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving payment experiences and driving business results.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of payment analysts, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to support their growth and success.
- Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to uncover insights from payment data, such as customer segmentation, lifetime value analysis, and churn prediction.
- Partner with marketing teams to design and execute targeted campaigns that drive payment adoption and usage, leveraging insights from payment data to inform messaging and targeting.
- Drive continuous improvement of payment analytics capabilities and infrastructure, evaluating and implementing new tools, technologies, and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and reports that communicate complex data insights and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
Person should have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or other quantitative disciplines
- 10-12 years of analytics experience in the financial services industry. Experience in Payments domain is preferred.
- Experience in managing and leading a team of data scientists and analysts.
- Ability to work with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Hive. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business requirements into analytical models and insights. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate complex analytical insights and data-driven recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
