Lead/Partner - Learning & Domain Capability - IT (8-12 yrs)
Experience-
- 10-12 years L&D experience in an IT/ITES organization, with good understanding of technology landscape
- Person with prior experience/understanding of Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Market, Manufacturing, Energy and Utilities and Lifesciences & Services industry would be preferred
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Domain Capability Lead: Responsible to lead Domain capability building programs for all the Verticals of Organization, which will include the following:
i. Carve out Domain strategy for each Vertical & Consult/Advise business Leaders on domain approach
ii. Buy-In on domain framework from stakeholders & finalize domain targets for each vertical
iii. Ensure learning content ( internal/external) is made available to business for learning delivery
iv. Drive e-learning creation of all basic modules and ensure 100a penetration for the identified domains
v. Publish monthly dashboard to Leadership
vi. Explore, recommend & partner with external partners who have expertise in respective domains
vii. Drive compliance on domain targets across verticals
- Learning Partner for a Business Unit: Learning Partner for a Technology Business Unit and enable capability building programs for the unit, which will include the following:
- Understand unit's capability map, its skill requirements, clientele
- Establish continuous ways to do training needs identification for the business
iii. Enable execution of training programs for unit in collaboration with Academy Teams/External partners
iv. Understand Pro-active skilling needs of business & launch programs/initiatives to enable up-skilling proactively
v. Work closely with Business SPOCs to understand business goals, challenges & suggest solution from Learning perspective
vi. Report monthly dashboards to Business on training outlook of the function
vii. Lead employee awareness on various L&D initiatives/process/programs for the Unit through Town Halls, Employee forums etc.
viii. Ensure completion/penetration of all L&D initiatives for the Business Unit
Key Skills/Competence (expected Skill level- Advanced)
Must have Skills: L&D domain knowledge, Stakeholder Management, Communication & Presentation Skills, Analytics & data reporting, Resourcefulness, Understanding of Technology Landscape, Understanding of tools like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power point
Good to have skills: Solution Orientation, Strategic Mindset, Problem Solving, e-learning creation tools
