Lead - Organization Development - Drive the implementation of select talent development and OD initiatives across the organization in partnership with business and HRBPs. Leverage experience/ knowledge to identify any risks and communicate in an advisory capacity to resolve any issues arising during the project - Lead the implementation of organization design, job evaluation and restructuring initiatives in conjunction with business and HRBPs to ensure the organization structure is aligned to the overall business strategy. - Obtain periodic feedback from various stakeholders on the efficacy of the band, grade structure, and make recommendations to ensure they are in line with policy norms and parameters - Drive the execution of the annual performance management process (goal setting, annual appraisal, rewards & recognition program) for the organization - Lead any other HR change management, and HR process re-engineering projects Academic Qualification : MBA-HR from a Premier B-school Desired Experience : 5-7 years experience in OD COE role, with experience of working in Management Consulting
