Operations Lead
- Expected to be skilled in understanding eCommerce customer needs, setting and managing expectations of online business requirements, building customer confidence by reliable operations and robust processes.
- The individual would be responsible for overall planning, budgeting, growth, delivery, process efficiency, and productivity for all offline operations. Operations include managing offline stores/centers and fitness centers
- Effectively leading the day-to-day operations of the centers and team through process standardisation to improve productivity.
- Manage and lead the team to ensure high service delivery standards and execution of customer orders with regards to industry's best practices.
- Drive cross functional teams to deliver objectives, coordinate with heads of Business development and product teams
- Drive quality culture throughout the team. Understanding and application of quality principles (problem solving tools)
