Operations Project Lead

Responsibilities :

- He/She will be responsible for driving the critical projects in Operations such as:

- Automation of mandate Management and customer receipting

- Automation of third party payouts

- Enhancing service levels through reduction of service TATs. etc

- He/She will have to liaison with various functions such as IT, BRs, Branch Operations to ensure timely delivery of the projects

- He/she will cut across various functional departments of Operations.

- His/her primary responsibility lies in delivering the ongoing projects but also to support the business in business generation and closure of the loans which involves disbursement, mandate management, receipting, payment of vendors, processing trade advance for the lines of business with rural business.
