The role entails efficiently managing and resolving any issues in ongoing business with all partners within the digital lending vertical. This role will be within the core business vertical and will involve extensive coordination with core operations team. The job functions include 1. Work closely work with the operations team of partners during product design stage to make sure the operational aspects of business is covered 2. Understand organization's internal operations functions thoroughly and work with partners in establishing right process and governing mechanism for all operational risks 3. Work with operational risk management team to address all operational risks and set up processes for controlling, assessing and monitoring for risks 4. Making sure all settlements due to the partner are done on a daily basis as per agreed SLAs and help the core operations team resolve any differences in reconciliation 5. Work with finance team in timely raising and clearing of all invoices both inward and outward 6. Work with collections team in providing support for data and set up processes where need be 7. Work with customer support team in resolving customer queries
