Lead - Operations Control - Investment Banking

Our client, a leading global asset management firm with a strong global network, is looking for experienced individuals with prior Middle Office Operations Control expertise for their Pune location.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with senior business management across multiple operational areas

- Establish an environment conducive to proactive risk identification and mitigation

- Collaborate with various risk teams to address and mitigate operational risks identified.

- Ensure all policies are in compliance with regulatory standards

- Prepare Monthly Control Reports for Senior Management and Business.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Minimum 8 years of financial services experience in controls, quality assurance, risk management, or business transformation

- Strong understanding of Trade Life Cycle.

- Thorough with the key concepts such as Asset Transfer Policy, Risk registers, key inherent business/ process risks such as financial risks etc.

- Extensive knowledge of Middle Office operations/ Settlements is a must.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation experience
