Lead - Operations Analytics/Forecasting - SAS/R - BFSI

- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in Forecasting using statistical techniques like Time Series, ARIMA, ARIMAX, demand forecasting, call volume forecasting, capacity forecasting with hands on experience in SAS OR R.

Required Skills:

- Expertise and relevant experience in data analytics, predictive modelling, demand forecasting, capacity forecasting and other forecasting techniques

- Working experience in SAS/R

- Basic knowledge of visualization (Tableau)

- Strong communications and interpersonal skills, the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers.

Education:

- MBA or Masters in Operations Research, Economics, Statistics, Econometrics or Mathematics from leading Indian Universities with an excellent academic record.

Good to have:

- Experience in Data Mining/ Machine Learning techniques

- Responsible for expanding workforce optimization capabilities, by advancing volume forecasting / management, forward-looking capacity models, web-based performance dashboards, and ongoing management routines.

Responsibilities:

- To accelerate the adoption of workforce optimization best practices within respective operations business partners

- Providing analytics and consulting support to business teams by building solutions that help solve business problems and to drive operations strategy with intent to create significant impact to the bottom-line.

- Bring best practices of Industry to workplace and be a subject matter expert in advanced analytics techniques.
