Operations Lead-Senior Role
Job responsibilities will include the following :
- Lead a team of operations managers at workshop level to deliver to the SLA metrics as defined by the company.
- Develop and ensure adherence to processes for the efficient working of individual workshops.
- Identify, hire and train motivated individuals for the operations team to scale up the operations.
- Contribute to the product development discussions working as bridge between the ops team and the tech team.
- Own the P&L at each workshop level and at consolidated level, constantly working towards improvement in contribution margin.
- Manage all vendor relations w.r.t tools, equipment, consumables and contracts.
- Lead reviews with the company management to ensure visibility of achievements and improvement plans.
