Work closely work with the operations team of partners during product design stage to make sure the operational aspects of business is covered 2. Understand organisation internal operations functions throughly and work with partners in establishing right process and governing mechanism for all operational risks 3. Work with operational risk management team to address all operational risks and set up processes for controlling, assessing and monitoring for risks 4. Making sure all settlements due to the partner are done on a daily basis as per agreed SLAs and help the core operations team resolve any differences in reconciliation 5. Work with finance team in timely raising and clearing of all invoices both inward and outward 6. Work with collections team in providing support for data and set up processes where need be 7. Work with customer support team in resolving customer queries Operational TATs, Customer Service Resolution TATs, Partner and Customer Satisfaction Scores
