Job Description: ORM Lead (Online Reputation Management Lead)

Location: Delhi / Gurgaon

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ORM Lead to join our dynamic team in the Mainline Creative Agency. As the ORM Lead, you will be responsible for managing and safeguarding the online reputation of our clients by monitoring and addressing online mentions, reviews, and feedback across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in online reputation management, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive online reputation management strategies for clients to enhance and maintain their positive online presence.

2. Monitor and analyze online mentions, reviews, comments, and feedback across social media platforms, review websites, forums, and other online channels.

3. Proactively identify potential reputation risks, negative sentiments, and issues that may impact the client's brand image.

4. Respond to customer reviews and comments in a timely and professional manner, aiming to resolve issues and maintain positive customer relationships.

5. Collaborate with internal teams, including PR, marketing, and customer support, to address and manage online reputation-related challenges.

6. Implement tools and technologies to monitor and track online sentiment, brand mentions, and industry trends.

7. Create and deliver regular reports and presentations on the client's online reputation performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

8. Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new tools related to online reputation management.

9. Provide training and guidance to junior team members on online reputation management techniques and strategies.

10. Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

- 5-9 years of experience in the Ad/Media/PR industry, with a focus on online reputation management.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and improving online reputation for clients across various industries.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, review websites, and other online channels where reputation management is crucial.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling responses and engage with customers effectively.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.

- Familiarity with ORM tools and software for monitoring and analyzing online reputation.

- Demonstrated ability to handle and resolve reputation crises effectively and efficiently.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic approach to online reputation management.
