Job Description :
- Develop and maintain the relationships with key stakeholders and sites contacts.
- Collaborate with team members and client to develop real estate plans and implement strategies for achieving savings and cost avoidance goals as required by the client or specific engagement.
- Identify the discrepancies between bottom-up and top-down headcount projections, and work with the client to reconcile.
- May conduct interviews of business unit and other client leaders to identify future business direction related to growth, labor, market changes and other issues that could impact real estate requirements or provide insights relative to strategic and/or optimization-focused initiatives as required.
- Ensure the global consistency and quality for all reports, solutions and plans developed by the team.
- Implement and maintains key processes to be followed by the function and defines portfolio management priorities for site, area and function planning, and other strategic activities for specific engagements and clients as required.
- Develop, monitor, and refine occupancy plans including scenarios, block plans, migration plans, test fit and recommendations, for more efficient utilization of footprint.
- Analyze, develop, and refine portfolio and/or occupancy reports as required. Distributes reports as defined by the client for the specific account or engagement.
