Lead Mergers & Acquisition - B2C/D2C Services Firm

Our client (part of a conglomerate) is a very large, established & profitable organization in B2C/D2C Services having several National and International partnerships and programs.

- They are growing rapidly in domestic & International markets organically & inorganically.

- They are looking to hire a smart, young professional to Lead their M&A effort.

The Key responsibilities will be :

- Leading the Mergers & Acquisition Transaction management.

- Identifying target orgs / Deal Sourcing.

- Financial Modelling & Valuation Exercise.

- Making error-free pitch books.

- Actively participating in the M&A deals.

- Stakeholder Management.

The ideal candidate profile will be :

- CA or MBA or CFA with 3+ years of exp in M&A

- Experience in EdTech, Tech, ECom, Consumer Tech and other consumer facing areas

- Financial Modelling & Valuation of deal / DCF etc

- Have proven experience in Deal making

- High Energy
