Lead - Mergers & Acquisition - EdTech

Our client (part of a conglomerate) is a very large, established & profitable organization in EdTech having several National and International partnerships and programs. They are growing rapidly in domestic & International markets organically & inorganically. They are looking to hire a smart, young professional to Lead their M&A Compliance effort.

The Key responsibilities will be:

- Leading the Mergers & Acquisition Transaction management

- Identifying target orgs / Deal Sourcing

- Financial Modelling & Valuation Exercise

- Making error-free pitch books

- Actively participating in the M&A deals

- Stakeholder Management

The ideal candidate profile will be:

- CA or MBA with 3+ years of exp in M&A

- Experience in EdTech, Tech, ECom,Consumer Tech etc

- Financial Modelling & Valuation of deal / DCF etc

- Have proven experience in Deal making

- High Energy
