Lead - Marketing - Luxury Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital media plans across platforms, including Google Ads & Analytics, Email Marketing, and SEO tools.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of social media and performance marketing to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Manage lead generation campaigns to maximize conversions and drive business growth.

- Utilize A/B testing and CRO techniques to optimize campaign performance and improve customer experience.

- Collaborate with call centers, both directly and indirectly, to ensure seamless customer interactions and lead management.

- Utilize your experience with media planning & buying agencies or strong brands active on digital to drive innovative marketing strategies.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve team goals effectively.

- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions.

- Show flexibility in working hours, including weekends, to meet project deadlines and ensure campaign success.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proven track record in digital media planning across various platforms.

- In-depth knowledge and experience with Google Ads & Analytics, Email Marketing, and SEO tools.

- Familiarity with social media and performance marketing practices.

- Experience in managing successful lead generation campaigns.

- Exposure to A/B testing and CRO techniques.

- Experience working with call centers, either directly or indirectly.

- Previous work with media planning & buying agencies or strong digital brands is an advantage.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.

- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
