Marketing Lead for a leading Pharma MNC
Our client is one of the leading players in the pharmaceutical industry with presence across the globe. They have multiple innovator brands are looking for a strong leader reporting to Regional Therapy Head and dotted line to Country Lead.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Collaborates across all business functions to build and execute a comprehensive India Marketing Plan
- Identify the right product-market segment fit for the portfolio that will enable the revenue and market share growth target achievements
- Establish and implement action plans - as part of the Marketing Plan execution - to achieve the growth objectives across markets, segments and regions.
- Build brand presence and opportunity pipeline with all key stakeholders in the target segments
- Through research and data-driven analysis, recommend the timely adjustment of go-to market and product techno-commercial positioning to meet changing marketing and sales conditions.
- Own the development/ deployment of the strategy and brand planning
- Develop yearly Profit Plan for Marketing, aligning with all of the India Strategic Plan Deliverables
- Lead the efforts to build Strategic Alliance partnerships - initiates, builds, operates, optimizes, terminates to strengthen industry influence and drive sales.
- Act as an interface between India and Global Product Lines to ensure the India-Specific market requirements are favorably captured in the Global Product Platform Development

Qualifications :
- At least 7 years of experience, not more than 15 years overall in core marketing in Critical Care/Immunology/Growth Hormones therapy areas
- Masters Degree preferred
- Should be able to independently manage the portfolio
- Exposure to working with the Region would be an added advantage
