The Expertise We- re Looking For
- Relevant digital measurement and analytics experience preferably focused on paid & owned media
- Specific experience with digital analytics, including hands-on experience with tools such as Google Adwords, Doubleclick, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, (or other tools like them)
- Outstanding consultative, critical thinking, analytical and communication skills with the ability to operate strategically and build effective stakeholder partnerships
- Proficiency with designing experiments for optimization of marketing channel(s)
The Skills You Bring
- You have the knowledge and expertise to partner with business stakeholders to optimize existing marketing strategies and uncover new opportunities to improve the value that marketing drives for the business
- You have deep knowledge of DMP functionality and capabilities (Adobe Audience Manager preferred) and are aware of the latest industry trends and use cases surrounding the use of the DMP
- You have knowledge of the ad buying marketplace including DSPs, bidders, and programmatic platforms
- You have a strong understanding of best practices in testing, targeting, and optimization
- You have a strong working knowledge of BI/reporting tools, programmatic/media analytics methods, web analytics tools and CRM solutions
- You are proficient with some programming / database querying tools (R, Python, SQL, etc.) and data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, etc.)
- You operate with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment and have great attention to detail and are able to multitask and adapt quickly
- You have excellent analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
- You have strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to be able to work across different areas of the business and effectively convey measurement results and implications
