Marketing Lead (Logistics Startup) :


- Growth360 is a boutique executive search firm that specializes in hiring niche talent for companies that are scaling up. We understand the organization's culture, values and fitment and then help in optimizing their recruiting process by pitching to the right talent and ensuring best internal fitment.

- We are currently retained by a leading logistics disruption player (well funded and established) to hire a Marketing Lead for them.

- This is a very meaty 360 degree role that will work with the CXO office and will be responsible for end-to-end marketing initiatives with respect to both offline and online. A combination of hands-on and strategic experience, this role will have the responsibility of managing ATL/ BTL marketing along with PR, Branding, Event Management, Communications, 360 degree Media planning, Marketing trends, Analytics, Effectiveness measurement and Reporting.

- If you are a marketing professional who can turn ideas into reality and has deep understanding of analytics tools, insight generation, and attribution models, this role is for you.

- An MBA from Tier 1 institute with 7 years of relevant experience in marketing for a digital company is mandatory.

Major responsibilities but not limited to :

- Build and execute the strategy to develop the brand as the most trusted and reliable brand in Indian ecosystem among businesses and end customers.

- Execute effective digital media campaigns on platforms including but not limited to Adwords, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, DBM, Display, Video, Re-marketing, Branding, Affiliates etc.

- Collaborate with internal teams for creatives, data inputs etc. to optimize the campaigns and ensure effective communication across the internal team (Content, Communication, PR and Branding, Design, Retail sales, Agency, etc) occurs and work with teams to resolve issues.

- Leverage market research and audience insights to think creatively about segmenting, targeting and reaching potential customers with the appropriate channels and messages, and ensure creative validation through testing.

- Manage offline brand activities including BTL activities, branding, advertisement and help the company get access to more demand and supply and drive brand awareness.
