Description :&nbsp; Role Title : Lead- Marketing Role Summary : - To increase the reach and impact of Convergence Business and its visibility through the delivery of high value and influential marketing, communications and PR, thereby significantly contributing its exponential growth Working with : Head- PMO Grade : M5 What the role entails - Key accountabilities/ responsibilities : - Developing a communications plan for existing and new business lines, within the desired budget as per target audience and target areas - To understand the need and strategize the plan for promotion opportunity in various channels and define marketing communication campaigns to communicate the business value proposition to the target consumer, across marcom mix - To create marketing communication &amp; promotion plan for various services, detailing the marketing initiatives and priorities that deliver growth in line with the business plan - Organizing annual customer events, partner events as well as industry conferences and seminars - Preparing the annual communications budget (including external as well as internal communication) - Handling internal communications including employee events/ activities, office branding and news bulletin. - Developing communication materials such as e-mailers, brochures, standees, banners and other collaterals
