Objective : Make company a go to brand for Alternative Investment Audience

About company :

An online fintech company aimed at providing a convenient, hassle free investment experience through investing in physical assets. The company kick starter its journey in 2020 and was founded by prominent leader who previously served at Morgan Stanley and World Bank.

The leasing industry in India remains largely unexplored, the objective is to make retail investors aware of it as an investment option. Through innovative business model of the company, one can invest in physical assets leased to corporates and earn stable monthly returns. The proposition is not as volatile as the share market and the returns are extremely healthy.

Responsibilities :

- Work with a cross functional team (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support the company's revenue goals.

- Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.

- Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.

- Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), SEO and drive content creation via existing teams as well as gradually increase capabilities to expand the vertical.

- Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement and prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings.

- Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department

- Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals

- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)

- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas

- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans

- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals

Requirements :

- Proven track record in marketing and growth, preferably in B2C Startups/Companies

- Excellent people management skills

- Experience running successful marketing campaigns

- Solid knowledge of Analytics

- Knowledge of Google Analytics/Mixpanel, Mailchimp, Hootsuite (or, other Social Media Management Systems)

- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.

- Basic knowledge of business financial products

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
