Qualification : MBA Marketing/Communication from a reputed business school (Tier 1 or 2) (Pedigree/Good Institutes),Preference for candidates from telecom, FMCG background

Role Objective :
- Help Build brand Visibility in the Industry and the Customer Community (KPI - Make it the most dominant global playe in its unique space)
- Support the Sales Process through lead generation through various channels (KPI - total leads that generated user driven sales call requests)
- Create and Enhance Post-Sales Usage of the Solution by End-Users, thru various communication and promotion approaches (KPI - Usage and Completion %s)
- Team handling experience / Direct coordination with the marketing heads,agencies.

- The product has opened a new category in the learning /education/engagement space. It is patented solution with strong customer appreciation. This role provides an opportunity to create dominant brand in its market.
- Operate Independently with low level of guidance in an ambiguous environment. Knowledge of the digital marketing and events would be an advantage
- Ability to work in a start-up environment. Can lead the strategic thinking, while being fully hands-on.
- Creative Bent - Understanding of creative designs and ability to get the creatives done by internal/external partners/staff/groups.
