Lead - Marketing - BFS (8-12 yrs)
- Formulate overall Marketing strategy along with annual operating plan and budget across all businesses
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Develop annual marketing activities calendar
- Activities to be divided between client acquisition, engagement and retention
- Develop digital/ social media plans and activities as part of the overall marketing plan and strategy
- Align with Brand and communications team, within the BU, as well as various departments across businesses
- Approach and build strategy for each business vertical - basis their needs, requirements and clients
- Drive campaigns and initiatives to generate positive brand recall within groups of people (segmentation)
- Map client personas to personalize / hyper-personalize communications / campaigns
- Conduct analytics across activities and campaigns to understand the impact and effectiveness
- Co-own digital strategy along with corp comm including search, display, app, social while closely evaluating performance metrics
- Monitor market share and competitive landscape, to identify growth opportunities
- Oversee and develop agency partnerships - production, research, social media - ATL / BTL, and build a network that can be leveraged as per need and requirement
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
Job Requirements :
- Work experience as AVP/ VP Marketing, preferably within our industry
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Analytical mind
- BSc or MSc/PG in Marketing or relevant field
