- As the Marketing and Acquisitions Lead, you will be responsible for everything from prospecting and marketing the client's services, to the creation and negotiation of hotel contracting deals
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining a pipeline of growth opportunities for acquisitions
- Ensuring seamless operations in the territory to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Implementing plans to attract, retain & manage the growth of city & area within the region
- Coordinating with operations team to solve any type of escalations
- Identifying key expansion areas (cities/ locations/ properties), sourcing & building relationships with partners
- Investigating and filtering potential acquisition and business development opportunities that may include mixed-use hotel platforms, single assets, and portfolios
- Leading the business development vertical of the acquisition team overlooking the supply and value creation for the brand, to forecast trends in tourist behaviour
- Analyzing market performance to determine the rates and occupancies to assume for the subject development, and assessing any incoming supply
Candidate Profile:
B.tech Teir 1 College only
- Demonstrable industry experience of 3-7 years
- Must have experience handling large teams
- Must have experience applying Analytics in Business Development
- Experience in handling HNI Clients is a great plus
- Good at Decision making
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Flexible for extensive travel
- Flexible for 6 days a week working structure
- Male candidates are preferred
