Designation/Work Level Lead Market Research Rooftops

Location: (RO Mumbai, Noida)

Job Profile -Construct and execute customer and market studies, analyzing and documenting findings and sharing insights

- Finalize questionnaires, aggregate data and interpret results with cross-referring secondary resources and report findings

- Partner with external agencies to ensure and manage collection of data, data integrity, privacy and on time delivery.

- Run specific marketing and customer initiatives targeted at meeting business objectives of increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and market share.

- Build relationships, map customer organization, and maximize business opportunities within allocated accounts providing ongoing feedback to management, sales, engineering and service team.

- Establish and implement customer engagement processes and communications.

Candidate Profile -BE/ BTech/MBA with relevant experience preferably in Customer Success/ Sales/Inside Sales/Solution Selling/Account management/Business development/ Marketing of at least 3 years

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Excellent organizational, presentations & communication skills - both verbal & written

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required.

- Experience working in a flexible, fast-paced ever-changing and challenging environment

- Understanding of retail and/or B2B market and Solar rooftop industry at large

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 10,00,000
