Job Summary:

We are looking for a Manufacturing Lead at NeoSky who can lead the manufacturing function within budget and output targets to meet product requirements and standards by ensuring safety, quality, cost and delivery requirements are met.

You would be :

- Working in the consumer drones business at NeoSky

- One of the first few to set up this vertical from scratch and take it to greater heights

- Working closely with the product and tech teams to understand the components & assembly SOP's, Procurement team for ensuring supplies are as per the requirements and Sales team on demand planning

- Expected to build a strong connect within the ecosystem

Requirements:

- 8+ years of overall experience

- 3+ Years of experience within the following industries - Drones, Electronics, Aviation, Automobile

- Should have established manufacturing SOP's from scratch and set up the operations from scratch

Key deliverables:

- Cost of operations

- Demand planning adherence

- Down time

- Failure %

- Manufacturing TAT adherence

- Project deliverables
