- Understand market attributes to assist in developing recruiting strategies for long term and sustained growth.
- Build talent landscape to meet the hiring needs consistently
- Lead benchmarking initiatives and recommend best in class practices for talent acquisition at a specific levels
- Drive talent and business priorities and as defined and build metrics to ensure that recruiting is consistent with business goals
- Deftness in monitoring delivery of high-quality customer experience, by designing the program and performance goals of people and process thus managing cost-effective operations
- Collaborate with leadership to assess needs, develop strategy, and implement work plans to meet the needs of customers/ partners
- Skilled at collaborating with extended teams to build effective sourcing channels with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of ROI
- Partner with the business in creating a synergy and agility of decision-making for adaptation of recruitment processes in accordance to business needs
