Education : Full-Time MBA in Human Resources (Top tier 1/2)
Overall experience : 6+ years post qualification
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :
a. Supporting the HR Business Partners :
- Identify the hiring requirements through liaison with the HR Business partners and help in Creating job descriptions
- Identify different available avenues for sourcing of right talent and share the recruitment mandate with external consultants if needed
- Coordination for Salary documents for Offer release
- Completing reference checks and staff bulleting for Joiners
- Turnaround time
b. Sourcing right talent :
- Ensuring Visibility of postings on Intranet, Corporate portal and Job portals
- Tracking of all employee referral resumes
- Maintaining Recruitment database on Successfactor
- Completing the entire vendor empanelment process for new vendor creation
- Evaluate the performance of empanelled recruitment consultants and provide timely feedback
- Review profiles, short-list candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Industry Mapping for various functions
- Adherence to timelines
- Fulfilment of Recruitment needs
c. MIS and System support :
- Maintenance of reports in order to monitor the critical recruitment matrices on timely manner
- Support HR business partners for any system support as the recruitment module admin
