- End to End execution of mandates into recruitment and management of revenues and P&L.

- Ability to grow and scale the team to achieve exponential growth for self, team members as well as the organization.

- Delivering upon the Middle, Senior & Niche requirements of our customers.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts/business simultaneously.

- Ability to build a strong relationship with the customers and ensuring delivery excellence.
